Today, we’re making a clear commitment.

MSP360 is introducing a Price Guarantee that applies to both new and existing MSP customers.

What Is MSP360 Price Guarantee

For all eligible MSP accounts, the pricing currently in effect for MSP360 Managed product licenses - including MSP360 Managed Backup, MSP360 RMM, and MSP360 Managed Connect - will remain unchanged for that account, provided the account remains active and in good standing.

  • No forced migrations to new pricing plans
  • No required long-term contracts  

The price structure you have today is the price structure you keep.

How MSP360 Pricing Works

  • Pay-as-you-go - You pay only for what you use, billed at the end of the month  
  • Volume Discounts - Pricing improves as your usage grows
  • No Long-Term Contracts - No lock-ins as your business scales

Who does the Price Guarantee apply to?
The guarantee applies to both existing MSP customers and new MSP accounts.

I’m an existing customer. Am I eligible for this Price Guarantee?
Yes. Existing MSP customers are eligible. The pricing currently associated with your MSP360 Managed product licenses will remain unchanged, provided your account remains active and in good standing.

What products are covered?
The Price Guarantee applies to MSP360 Managed product licenses, including MSP360 Managed Backup, MSP360 RMM, and MSP360 Managed Connect.

Are third-party services included?
No. Third-party services resold by MSP360 — including Deep Instinct, MSP360 Storage powered by Wasabi, Amazon S3, and any future third-party services — are not covered by this Price Guarantee. Pricing for those services may change based on vendor adjustments.

Will pricing increase in the future?
MSP360 will not apply automatic price increases to eligible MSP360 Managed product licenses covered by the guarantee.

How does billing work?
MSP360 uses a pay-as-you-go model. You are billed at the end of the month based on actual usage.

Do I need to commit to a fixed volume?
Yes. MSP360 requires a minimum monthly commitment of $25. Beyond that, pricing remains usage-based, and volume discounts apply as usage grows.

Are long-term contracts required?
No. The Price Guarantee does not require a long-term commitment.

What happens if I add more endpoints or workloads?
Additional usage of MSP360 Managed products will follow the pricing structure currently associated with your account.

Additional Terms

The Price Guarantee applies exclusively to MSP360 Managed product licenses. It does not apply to third-party services, external storage providers, taxes, regulatory changes, or other pass-through costs. MSP360 reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy for future pricing structures; existing covered accounts will retain their protected pricing.
