Deep Instinct (BETA) Terms and Conditions

By opting to use Deep Instinct End Point Protection through MSP360, you are agreeing to be bound by all of the relevant terms and conditions of the MSP360 Platform Subscription found at: www.msp360.com/company/legal/. MSP360, as a reseller of Deep Instinct End Point Protection services (“Services”), does not assume any responsibility or liability with respect to your use of the Services.Further, by checking the box, you agree to be bound by the Deep Instinct Terms and Conditions found at: www.deepinstinct.com/end-user-software-license-agreement/. You understand that at any time, MSP360 or Deep Instinct, may update the terms and conditions without notice, and you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

Licensing

  1. A 15-day trial period is provided for each new computer.
  2. When the license expires, the Deep Instinct agent will be automatically uninstalled. To terminate usage manually, uninstall the Deep Instinct agent.
  3. The cost of the license will not vary with the number of days of use. You always pay for a full month.

Billing

  1. You are automatically billed for the previous month on the 1st day of the next month.
  2. If an attempt to charge your card for MSP360 invoice fails (for any reason including insufficient funds, bank declines, card expiration, etc.), the full access to the service is available until the fifth calendar day of the month. After this date, the access to the service will be limited. On 21st day of the month, all Deep Instinct agents without valid licenses will be uninstalled.
  3. It is recommended to install Deep Instinct Agents via the Management Console. If agents are installed using the Deep Instinct console, they will appear in the invoice as a separate entry.
