Take Advantage of MSP360 File Backup
Manage all file backups and restores from one place
Simplify the file backup and restore process — monitor and manage all backup and restore jobs, users, endpoints, and storage from a single web console.
Get complete control over data encryption
Enable encryption to protect your files — only you will know the password and the hint to recall it, making it impossible for any cybercriminal or other person to get access to your private data.
Back up millions of files in bulk faster than ever
Choose the new backup format to significantly improve your backups. With the new format, a data set is divided into a number of blocks, which are combined into groups called parts. During the upload process, parts are transferred to the cloud one by one. If the backup is interrupted for some reason, it will resume from the part where it stopped. This is especially convenient for those who back up many files at once.
Store backups for long periods of time with GFS
Using a GFS retention policy, you can define files that should be kept for years due to various business needs or requirements, and set up periods for keeping yearly, monthly, and weekly backups. Create a flexible archival strategy and keep your files safe for long periods of time.
Check the consistency of backed up files
With MSP360 Managed Backup, you can use a backup consistency check to verify that all the files that are required for a restore exist in the storage and that there are no data losses. If MSP360 Managed Backup finds any discrepancies in previous generations, you’ll be notified.
Save time with synthetic full backup
Instead of doing a full backup, the synthetic full backup sends only the modified blocks to the cloud. Blocks that have not been changed are copied directly from cloud storage to build the new full backup. Backups go much faster, as there’s no need to upload the “old” data set again.
Why File-Level Backup
Protect documents from some unexpected event
Make sure the most important files are backed up regularly in case of hardware malfunction or accidental deletion. It’s not a problem at all if the deleted file is backed up; just restore the file from your backups.
Restore previous versions of a file
Have you ever faced an issue when the previous version of a file has been lost and there is no chance of getting it back? File-level backup is a real game changer in such situations. It doesn’t matter which operating system you use — back up and restore files on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
Keep all your valuable files safe
Not sure which files to back up? One of the best ways to keep your files safe is to store copies in cloud storage. Back up Quickbooks, Outlook, Wordpress and other important files to be confident you don’t lose any valuable data.
Access files anytime, anywhere
The best way to access valuable data is to back up your files from hard drive to cloud storage using the MSP360 management console. You will always have access to your files; just log in to your MSP360 account from any computer to view and download your files from cloud storage.
