Introducing MSP360 Managed Connect for macOS

Introducing MSP360 Managed Connect for macOS

We’re excited to announce a long-awaited addition to MSP360: you can now connect to macOS devices directly from the MSP360 web console using both your web browser and desktop application. This release makes connecting to macOS as seamless as it is to Windows devices.

How It Works

In the MSP360 web console, locate the macOS device you want to access, click the three dots, and select your preferred connection method: web browser or desktop app.

If you want to connect via the desktop app, make sure to install it first.

By default, if you simply click Connect, the session will launch in the web browser.

Why It Matters

  • Unified platform: Manage both Windows and macOS devices from a single pane of glass.
  • Flexible access: Choose between browser-based or desktop connections depending on your workflow.
  • Improved productivity: Reduce tool switching and streamline remote support.
  • Simplified operations: MSPs and IT administrators can centrally manage macOS and Windows computers with minimal overhead.

Looking Ahead

This release is part of our ongoing commitment to make MSP360 a universal tool for modern IT environments, where devices run across multiple platforms. We’d love to hear your feedback and keep improving the experience.
