This article refers to MSP360 Drive 2.0 and later.<\/em><\/p>\n

With the new MSP360 Drive<\/a>\u00a0release, we are adding the feature that allows you to configure the predefined set of HTTP headers for every upload.<\/p>\n

At the MSP360 Drive Options tab, select Upload Rules and\u00a0click Add.\"first.on\"<\/p>\n

In\u00a0the Add Rule dialog, click on the Specify HTTP Headers link.\"Add.Rules\"<\/p>\n

Then click Add to launch the\u00a0Add Http Header dialog\u00a0where you can specify any HTTP header by selecting the available options from the \"Http Header\" and \"Value\" drop-down lists.\u00a0For example, you may want to specify the Cache-Control header and set it to store cache for\u00a0180 days.\u00a0\"add_http_header\"<\/p>\n

You can specify multiple HTTP headers by using the Add button again.\"2\" Once you set up the headers, click OK.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0will direct you back to the Add Rule dialog where\u00a0you can choose the\u00a0options where to apply the rule and to what file types it will work.\u00a0\u00a0\"editing.rules\"<\/p>\n

Click Apply\u00a0and restart MSP360 Drive service for the new rules to finally take effect.\"last.on\"<\/p>\n

Note: You can enable\/disable an existing rule by selecting a check-box next to the rule.<\/p>\n

With the newer version of MSP360 Drive, you can automate the setting of HTTP headers to the files, that is especially useful for managing website files.<\/p>\n
