We\u2019re excited to announce a series of updates designed to make license management and cost tracking easier and more efficient. These new features are centered around simplifying data access and offering more flexibility in how you view and manage your licenses. Here\u2019s a closer look at what\u2019s new:<\/p>\n

All Data in One Place: The Management Tab<\/h2>\n

The Management tab is your new go-to for all current data related to your licenses. Whether you\u2019re managing licenses for one company or multiple, this tab consolidates all the necessary information in one place, allowing for more straightforward management and oversight.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve added enhanced filtering to this tab, allowing you to filter by companies, license types, license statuses, and more. To access all filters in this tab, click the All Filters<\/strong> button:<\/p>\n

Enable the Group by License Type<\/strong> toggle to view all licenses related to the chosen filters.<\/p>\n

Company-Specific License Management<\/h2>\n

You can now view licenses specific to a company or a group of companies directly on the Management<\/strong> tab. This feature also allows you to see the cost of upcoming renewals for every license, ensuring you\u2019re always prepared and informed.<\/p>\n

In case you prefer the legacy version of the Licenses page, you can switch back by adding .aspx<\/strong> to the URL. Please note that the legacy page will be disabled soon.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Usage History Tab with Historical Data<\/h2>\n

Here, you can access past data related to your licenses, including costs, giving you a complete view of your usage over time. You can also apply the same filters available in the Management<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also implemented the new custom periods feature on the Usage History<\/strong> tab that gives you the power to select any time frame you need. To access historical data, click the date picker on the right and select the desired time period.<\/p>\n

Please note that historical data has been recorded starting from August 2024, and no data is available from before this period.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Enable the Group by Company<\/strong> toggle to calculate your costs for companies for any period in the past. This calculation takes into account the prorated price and any discounts you receive from MSP360, providing a clear and accurate picture of your expenses.<\/p>\n

Export to CSV: Enhanced Data Flexibility<\/h2>\n

With the new export to CSV feature, you can now export all data related to your licenses and their associated costs. This makes it easier to integrate with your existing tools and processes and enhance in-depth analysis. Click the Export CSV<\/strong> button in the upper right corner, and the download will start automatically.<\/p>\n
