Administrators are overwhelmed with repetitive tasks, which reduces their ability to focus on more strategic work. This new feature automatically activates all or only newly created users within selected M365 user groups and Google Workspace organizational units. It enhances user experience by reducing onboarding time and administrative workload.

Enhanced Backup and Restore Task Handling

Manual handling of unavailable files during backup and restore operations can cause interruptions, leading to incomplete backups and restores. Additionally, malware that renames files can cause confusion and data inconsistency.

With MSP360 Managed Backup for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, we added the ability to track the file renaming history, including the original and new names with timestamps. This also allows users to restore previous versions of file names, ensuring better file management. Additionally, it provides protection against malware that renames files, helping to maintain data consistency and increasing the user’s confidence in the backup and restore processes by ensuring that data remains reliable and consistent.

Restore Functionality for MS Teams

With the introduction of this new feature, administrators can now restore Teams channels, including all posts, ensuring seamless recovery and continuity of team interactions.
