MSP360 S3 Backup is a powerful Windows program that automates backup and restore processes to Amazon S3 cloud storage.<\/div>\n
In the newer release we are introducing an option to store the backup plan configuration in the cloud<\/b>. This is useful in the recovery scenario when you want to get your backup plans configuration back after the failure. in the previous releases you had to re-create backup plans manually.<\/div>\n
It is also now possible to export backup plan configuration and import<\/b> it on other machines so that the backup plans are consistent across your organization.<\/div>\n

Storing Backup Plans in the cloud<\/h2>\n
To store backup plans on S3 simply check the following option in the Backup Wizard<\/div>\n

you can view saved backup plans in the Backup storagetab<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

You can also restore the previously saved Backup Plan:<\/div>\n

In the open dialog select if you want to restore the program settings in addition to the backup plan configuration and optionally provide an encryption password.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Export and Import configuration locally<\/h2>\n
To export a Backup Plan go to File | Export Configuration<\/div>\n

In the open Windows select which plans you would like to export. \u00a0you can now copy the configuration file \u00a0to another machine and restore it there.<\/div>\n

To import a Backup Plan go to File | Import Configuration and select where the configuration file is located.<\/div>\n
