The latest version is inspired by your valuable feedback and feature requests. Below are the most important updates:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Uninstall Software Remotely<\/h2>\n<p>With the MSP360 RMM service, you can now uninstall software from target machines right from the control panel. To uninstall a program from an endpoint, go to the <strong>Installed software<\/strong> tab, then choose an app and click the <strong>\u201cx\u201d button<\/strong> to uninstall it. Keep in mind that you first need to enable 2FA. Bulk uninstallation is currently unavailable, but this feature is coming soon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-52606 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/unnamed-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"458\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.msp360.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/unnamed-3.png 458w, https:\/\/www.msp360.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/unnamed-3-268x300.png 268w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 458px) 100vw, 458px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Introducing New Alert Types<\/h2>\n<p>With version 1.2, some new alert types are available. In addition to existing alerts like CPU Usage or Used Disk Space, MSP360 RMM 1.2 adds Antivirus Issues and Connection Loss alerts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Antivirus Issues alert<\/strong>: Now it\u2019s easier to detect suspicious activity on your endpoints. We\u2019ve added a new alert type that notifies you about viruses detected on target machines by Windows Defender.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connection Loss alert<\/strong>: If a server goes offline and doesn\u2019t respond within 20 minutes, you\u2019ll receive an email notification that connection with this server has been lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>This alert applies only to server operating systems and is disabled by default.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-52607\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/unnamed-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"434\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.msp360.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/unnamed-4.png 512w, https:\/\/www.msp360.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/unnamed-4-300x254.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Patch Management Improvements<\/h2>\n<p>Patch management is now more stable, due to source improvements. Data is now taken from three sources instead of one, to provide correct information on OS updates installed on target machines.
