For MSP360 Backup and MSP360 Explorer, there is also offline activation via the graphical user interface available.<\/p>\n<p>Below are short offline activation instructions for each of the MSP360 products.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Activate MSP360 Explorer PRO Offline<\/h2>\n<p>1. Launch the product. Click Offline Activation.<\/p>\n<p>2. Enter your Email address, your license key, and click the \u201cGenerate Service Key\u201d button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you want to take advantage of the 15-day free trial period, you can select Activate Trial and then enter the code that we'd sent you right before you started downloading the installer from our website. If you've lost the code, click I don't have the code under the text field.<\/p>\n<p>3. Copy the generated Service Key by clicking the \u201cCopy to Clipboard\u201d button and email this key to support@msp360.com with the \u201cOffline Activation\u201d subject.<\/p>\n<p>4. You will get an email notification with the ticket number assigned to\u00a0your request. The activation key will be shortly provided to you by our support department via e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>5. After you receive the activation key from MSP360 support according to your ticket, copy the key from the email, go to the second tab of \u201cProduct Activation\u201d screen, and paste the key to the field in the bottom of the \u201cActivate\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p>6. Press the \u201cActivate\u201d button. If the activation code has been entered correctly, a notification appears.<\/p>\n<p>7. Press \u201cOK\u201d to finish up the activation. After that, your MSP360 Explorer application launches.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Activate MSP360 Backup Offline<\/h2>\n<p>1. Launch the product. Click Offline Activation.<\/p>\n<p>2. Type cmd.exe in the search line to run the Windows console, press \"Enter\".<\/p>\n<p>3. Type the following command to change your current folder to product installation folder for MSP360 Drive:<br \/>\ncd \"C:\\Program Files\\CloudBerryLab\\CloudBerry Drive\"<\/p>\n<p>4. Type cbd.exe \/activatelicense\u00a0-e\u00a0\"email\" -k\u00a0\"your_license_key\" \u2013or to generate offline request. Replace \"your_license_key\" and \"email\" with your actual email and license key you received when buying the product. Press \"Enter\" and don\u2019t close the console.<\/p>\n<p>5. Now you shall see a service key as an output.<\/p>\n<p>6. Send the service key to <a href=\"mailto:support@msp360.com\">support@msp360.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>7. Wait for the reply. You shall receive the product activation key in the message. Copy this key and get back to the Windows console.<\/p>\n<p>8. Type cbd.exe \/activatelicense -e \"email\" -k \"your_license_key\" -oa \"activationkey_received\" to finish the activation. Replace \"your_license_key\", \"email\" and \"activationkey_received\" with your actual email, license key and product activation key from the email message.
