The cooperation of Harmony PSA and MSP360 is mainly a billing integration as it cuts the administrative overhead by pulling MSP360 Managed Backup<\/a> Service billing data automatically to Harmony PSA. It is, therefore, cost-saving and more accurate than putting billing data into PSA manually. The integration also allows Harmony PSA clients to pre-purchase MSP360 products and services.<\/p>\n Having these two products together \u0441an save a lot of time to MSP with automatic invoice generation and management.<\/p>\n Both companies see a lot of opportunities for further integration. In the future Harmony PSA might be able to manage all MSP360 infrastructure: billing, administration, reporting, management and more.<\/p>\n
