{"id":20133,"date":"2017-12-25T19:56:20","date_gmt":"2017-12-25T15:56:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.msp360.com\/blog\/?p=20133"},"modified":"2024-02-12T15:59:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T11:59:02","slug":"support-for-new-amazon-s3-regions-in-backup-explorer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.msp360.com\/resources\/blog\/support-for-new-amazon-s3-regions-in-backup-explorer\/","title":{"rendered":"Support for New Amazon S3 Regions in MSP360 Backup &#038; Explorer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MSP360 Backup and MSP360 Explorer have both been updated to support recently added Amazon S3 regions.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Additional Amazon S3 region support in MSP360 Backup and MSP360 Explorer<\/h2>\n<p>Amazon has just announced two new S3 regions:<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/aws.amazon.com\/blogs\/aws\/now-open-aws-eu-paris-region\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EU (Paris)<\/a> \u00a0-\u00a0Located in the Paris area to better serve customers in and around France<\/p>\n<p>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/aws.amazon.com\/blogs\/aws\/now-open-aws-china-ningxia-region\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">China (Ningxia)<\/a>\u00a0- This new region is operated by Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co.
