Today, we are releasing MSP360 Remote Desktop out of beta and it now becomes available for purchase, although you can try it for free for 90 days. For the official release, we have decided to change the name of the solution. We believe that MSP360 Remote Desktop better reflects the purpose of the solution.

Managed Backup Portal Update
MSP360 Managed Remote Desktop is now integral to the Managed Backup portal, which has been updated with several new features:
- Remote desktop preconfigured build generation. Now, you can create custom builds for your clients and they will automatically be assigned to the specified companies in the MSP360 Managed Backup Web console.
- Statistics. You can view all remote desktop connections from a single pane of glass
- Sending logs from remote management. Now, you can send logs about issues with Remote Desktop right from the Remote Management section of the MSP360 MBS
- Remote installation of the backup solution. You can now remotely install the MSP360 Backup software from the Remote Management tab to client machines with MSP360 Remote Desktop installed
